Returns/ refunds Policy
15 days return policy
Our return policy is easy and we are here to make sure, you are getting the best service.
Condition for return:
- All the item must be in the same conditions as received (unworn, unused, clean and free from unusual odours or hair etc).
- If your item is damaged at the reception, you must take a picture of the item and send it to us within 3 days of reception so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Proof of purchase ( You can send us a picture via e mail: info@heroique.ca)
- Return must be done in 15 days after the reception.
Steps to follow:
. Send us e mail at info@heroique.ca include a picture of your receipt, reason of return ( this will help us better serve you in the future).
. We will provide you a return label by e-mail within 7 business days which you will print and affix to the packaging.
. After receiving the item, we will inspect the product and it may take up to 14 business days to receive your refund. If for some reason, you did not receive the refund after the 2 weeks at the latest please do not hesitate to contact us.
. All the returns will be refunded via the same method used for purchase.
. Please be advised that if it is an exchange, Héroïque will cover the cost shipping but if it is a refund the client are responsible to pay the shipping cost.
